01What Does Handling & Assembly Include?

Our handling and assembly services cover every step from delivery to handover:

  • Delivery & Unloading — Route surveys, crane selection, lifting plan development, and supervised unloading of transformers from transport vehicles.
  • Movement & Positioning — Skid and roller transport, hydraulic jack positioning, and precise placement onto prepared foundations with proper vibration monitoring.
  • Assembly & Installation — Installation of radiators, conservator, bushings, tap changers, relay panels, and all auxiliary equipment per manufacturer specifications.
  • Oil Filling — On-site oil filling through proper filtration, vacuum drying procedures, and preservation of oil quality during filling.

02Why Proper Handling Matters

  • Winding Deformation — Excessive vibration during transport can displace windings, reducing short-circuit strength and creating hot spots.
